What’s in a number? According to ancient wisdom – everything. The science of astro-numerology dates back centuries. It crosses artificial boundaries, with versions of science found across nations and practices. In India, in particular, it is taken very seriously by a large part of the population, who feel compelled to consult elaborately drawn birth charts and other details, before making important decisions in life. However, does this age-old practice appeal to millennials and Gen Z? Sixth generation astro-numerologist based on Gurugram, Sidhharth S Kumaar, think it’s possible when packaged correctly. It does exactly that through its platform VaniNumber.
“I am an astro-numerologist and healer, and have done exclusive research in astrology, numerology, sound therapy, and energy healing. My vision is to transform the occult sciences into evidence-based science, which is accepted as part of our modern way of life My brand VaniNumber is a human AI active society which bridges the gap between the contemporary world and the occult sciences. We help companies achieve sustainable business growth by harnessing the powers of modern and occult sciences together,” explains Sidhharth as he joins YS Weekender to chat.
Armed with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Alwar Pharmacy College in Rajasthan, Sidhharrth has worked with a number of startups and multinational corporations in various roles such as corporate strategy, brand strategy and go-live strategy. the market in the field of Bio Pharma. He believes this experience has given him a significant understanding of human physiology, medications and the methodology to adopt in counseling patients.
Sidhharrth was trained by his ancestors in the field of occult sciences, his great-grandfather being his first guru.
“On his advice, I lived almost fifteen years of my life in hibernation, investing a significant amount of time in reading, research and in-depth analysis of the subject. I have traveled across India and visited libraries and museums to read out of print books and manuscripts. This trip increased my knowledge of the occult and also exposed me to modern science and education,” he shares.
Sidhharrth’s main areas of interest are numerology, astrology, and sound and music therapy. He is also a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, UK and one of the founders of the Global Alliance of Numerologists (GLAON), based in India.
“I have been aware that spirituality has been my vocation since the age of six. I saw people visiting my great-grandfather with their problems and coming back to share the positive results of their stories. It made me want to learn this science and help humanity be better versions of themselves,” says Sidhharrth.
He officially started his practice in 2013 by launching NumroVani. Initially an MSME, the platform is now run by a team of ten people, and was later transformed into a limited liability company to give wings to their business aspirations. The NumroVani platform offers a variety of services. These include providing guidance on corporate identity, such as brand names, brand logos, brand slogans, product names and logos, and product launch dates; organizing employee assistance services focused on employee well-being, instilling a healthy work culture and planning employee engagement methods, as well as analyzing employee retention strategies.
Additionally, NumroVani runs proactive wellness programs for startup founders, CXOs, and mid-to-senior managers to improve their productivity and help them create a happy workforce. Each program is personalized based on the individual personality mapping.
It also harnesses the power of the occult sciences and psychology for the employee hiring process.
“We also advise individuals on how to solve real problems by adopting a preventive approach and optimizing their growth trajectory in life. These include advice on lucky names, newborn names, lucky mobile numbers, lucky email addresses, career path selections, preventative approaches to health, wedding compatibility, stock recommendations, wedding dates, wedding decor colors and other custom requests,” he says.
Sidhharrth says that during the pandemic, the most requested services were those of startup founders wanting to manage their emotional and mental well-being and build “people-centric” workplaces. Employee wellness services were also very popular.
How it works
“It’s a well-established fact that a happy employee is more productive. Every business is built around its employees. Unfortunately, in many Southeast Asian countries, and particularly in India, people are afraid to speak out or pursue their legitimate grievances, due to a number of factors. Our predictive analytics model based on astro-numerology and psychology helps us predict problems and take corrective action well in time,” says Sidhharrth.
By working on the most integral component of the business, the founder says his team at NumroVani helps companies build a healthy, “ten times more productive” workforce. Additionally, by choosing names and logos based on astro-numerology, Sidhharrth says companies can build their public perception and achieve success.
Sharing examples, he says, “Our Named Brands have achieved Net Promoter Scores of 10/10 over the past three years despite market volatility. Whether we like to admit it or not, our personal and professional lives are intertwined so that one issue affects the other. Astro-numerological counseling and sound therapy help build motivation to organize a lifestyle where one is able to achieve one’s goals and ambitions holistically.
Since NumroVani relies on a number of proven methodologies, Sidhharrth believes that its platform has an edge over its competitors. He points out that they harness the principles of numerology, astrology including Vedic astrology, KP astrology, nadi astrology and Panch Pakshi astrology, as well as sound and crystal therapy to find solutions to a variety of personal and professional problems.
“After the intervention, we measure the impact of our programs on the basis of qualitative indicators. This allows us to visibly show the level of improvement and the effect of our work. Based on my own research, I have developed a particular brand of sound therapy and binaural beats that are personalized based on an individual’s name and date of birth to improve productivity.”
“We conducted a pilot study with over 10,000 corporate employees and published the results of this study in a peer-reviewed journal. I have also published over five research/review articles in renowned international journals where the goal of my research is to reinvent the culture of work through the power of spirituality and the occult,” says Sidhharrth.
Contributor to several media where he regularly shares different perspectives on the subject of occult sciences, Sidhharrth also teaches occult sciences to new learners who are passionate about this subject. He concludes by emphasizing that we must look to the methodologies of the past to successfully plan our future.
