The clip, which you can check out below, is painfully brief, as it may make you want to know more.

“Matt and I talked about it for a long time, obviously and last year after reading the script I remember sitting down and saying ‘Oh, I have an idea, I have an idea.’ , and I wrote this piece that’s in the trailer, ”Giacchino said of the score last year, according to Collider. “And Matt got that. It was just a demo version, it wasn’t even done with the orchestra or anything, so he used it in every one of his presentations at Warner Bros. He did it. said back and say, “Alright, here’s the costumes,” and you hear the thing, “Here’s the music,” and you hear the thing. So when the time came to bring out the [teaser], he was just like, ‘Well, we’ve got to put it with the music.’ “

The batman will star Robert Pattinson as the new incarnation of the titular vigilante with a supporting cast including Zoe Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis and Colin Farrell. It has no connection with the DCEU, which introduced Ben Affleck as a different version of Batman. Oddly enough, this Batman will meet Michael Keaton’s Batman in Flash Next year. Again, these films will be totally separate from The batman, which takes place in its own autonomous universe.

Manufacturing The batman unique, Michael Giacchino said: “I felt complete freedom to do whatever I want. Matt has always agreed, this is our Batman, this is our vision. In the same way that I always loved, what I still do Batman comics and graphic novels is that each of these artists, each of these authors they take their own way to what they want. I love it … I think what he does is really cool, and it’s different and it’s fresh. Of how excited I get when I see a new graphic novel or comic book come out with a new take on. It’s like that.”

Matt Reeves also celebrated Batman Day with another glimpse of The Batman. The director posted a photo of his editing room where the film is being cut before its release next year. Reeves said in the tweet: “Wow, I’ve been gone for so long…! I just pop my head out of the editing room for a while to say #HappyBatmanDay! I can’t wait to share a lot more with you every four weeks at starting today at #DCFanDome! “

There is a lot of waiting for The batman with the fans. It doesn’t help that the film was originally supposed to be released this year, only for the pandemic to change those plans. We’ll all find out if the hype is real when The batman released on March 4, 2022.
